Paola Generali

Paola Generali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and corporate governance. Since September 2003, Paola has served as Managing Director at GETSOLUTION, a consulting firm specializing in compliance, information security, and corporate governance, recognized for its innovative approach to service development. In addition to this role, Paola holds various leadership positions, including President of both Assintel and Edi Confcommercio, a member of the Board for Technological Innovation and Digital Transformation of the City of Milan, and board member at Fineco Bank and TINEXTA S.P.A. Furthermore, Paola is involved in several organizations, serving as a national councilor for Confcommercio-Imprese per l'Italia and as a member of Confcommercio Milano's board.
