Silvia Marinari

Silvia Marinari has over 20 years of experience in various human resources and organizational roles. Silvia is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources and Organisation Officer at TINEXTA S.P.A. Prior to this, they worked as the CHRO at Comau. Silvia also served as the Human Resources, Organisation and General Affairs Director at Terna SpA and held the position of Head of HR Development, Compensation & Change Management at Poste Italiane. Earlier in their career, they worked at Leonardo, Marconi PLC, Elettronica S.p.A., Pirelli, PPG Industries, and Recordati, where they held positions of leadership in HR and organizational development.

Silvia Marinari attended Università Bocconi from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Laurea in Economia Aziendale.
