Irina Zernova

Irina Zernova is an accomplished financial and administrative professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Financial Controller at Tink AB since May 2022, Zernova heads the Finance Operation Department and facilitates integration activities following Visa's acquisition of Tink. Prior to this role, Zernova spent over eight years at Visa as Sr. Director of Controllership and Business Operations Support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and US GAAP, while overseeing the control environment. Zernova's previous positions include Director of the Administrative Department at Russian Regional Development Bank, Vice President at Morgan Stanley, and Vice President of Operations at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. Zernova holds an MBA in Finance and Administration from California State University East Bay and a degree in English from Moscow State Linguistic University.
