Simon Davoudian has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Simon started their career as a recruiter at ELITS Global Group AB in 2013, where they worked on operational and strategic recruitment tasks. Simon then became an HR partner, responsible for the centralized recruitment process and employer branding. In 2016, Simon joined Spotify as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they managed global talent acquisition challenges and performed end-to-end recruitment tasks. Simon later took on the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead, leading a team of recruiters and acting as a bridge between talent acquisition and business units. Simon eventually joined Tink as an HR Business Partner, contributing to the development of Europe's leading open banking platform. Simon then served as a Team Lead for People Development before assuming their current position as People Director at Tink.
Simon Davoudian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Simon also completed a course in Practical Project Management at Stockholm University in 2014-2015. Before university, Simon attended Thorildsplans gymnasium from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a technical degree in Networking and Programming. In addition, they obtained a certification as a DNV GL Certified Recruiter from DNV GL in November 2015.
