Tania Zumba

Tania Zumba is an experienced professional in social, environmental, health, and occupational safety management, currently serving as COORDINADORA HSEC at Tinka Resources since December 2020. Tania's prior roles include ADMINISTRADORA HSEC and OFICIAL DE RELACIONES COMUNITARIAS at various mining projects. Tania's experience includes leadership in social project development, crisis management, and community engagement across multiple organizations, including MINING SENSE and C2 Mining Solutions. Tania holds a Licenciatura in Psicología Social from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed various courses and diplomas in mining, community relations, and conflict resolution. Tania is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
