Colisha Lewis

Colisha Lewis is the SVP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Tinker Federal Credit Union. Colisha has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits administration.

Colisha began their career in 2000 as an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Great Plains Coca-Cola. In 2006, they transitioned to Sonic Drive-In as a Senior Benefits Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state Human Resource laws, as well as administering all benefit plans and plan documents. Colisha also served as a liaison to vendor representatives, assisting employees with questions, claims and resolving administrative problems.

In 2011, Colisha left Sonic Drive-In to become a Benefits Specialist at SSM Health - St Anthony Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing Wellness Programs, as well as reconciling benefit general ledger accounts. Colisha also worked with the recruiting manager to understand specific hiring needs.

In 2020, Colisha joined Tinker Federal Credit Union as the SVP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Credit Union’s efforts to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment.

Colisha Lewis earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Langston University.

Colisha Lewis reports to Dave Willis, CEO. They work with Patrick J. Yager - EVP & Chief Risk Officer, Kathy Kelso - EVP & CFO, and Linda K. Ellis - General Counsel.
