Mikhail Khovrichev

Mikhail Khovrichev's work experience includes being the Machine Learning Engineering Lead at Tinkoff starting in 2023. Previously, they worked as a Mentor in NLP at Teacher Army, where they guided a linguistics expert in mastering NLP basics and transformer models. Prior to that, Mikhail was the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Voximplant, where they played a key role in developing the ML back-end services for Voximplant Avatar. Additionally, they worked as the Research and Development Group Lead at STC Group, where they introduced practices to boost productivity and deliver new features faster. Mikhail also worked as a Research and Development Engineer at STC, focusing on ML/DL NLU research tasks and transforming a rule-based dialogue platform into ML-infused services. Mikhail started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at ITMO University, where they designed a data processing pipeline for wearable medical devices.

Mikhail Khovrichev completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Higher School of Economics from 2013 to 2017. Mikhail then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at ITMO University from 2017 to 2019.
