Hillary Kritt

Hillary Kritt currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Design & Change Management at Tinuiti, following the acquisition of Bliss Point Media, where Kritt held titles of Vice President of People and Director of People from January 2020 to January 2023. Prior experiences include the role of People & Operations Manager at Capacity Interactive, and an MBA Marketing Internship at Princess Cruises. Additional positions include Assistant to the President at onefinestay and various roles in production assistance and marketing within the entertainment industry. Hillary Kritt holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Barnard College.
