Jeff Batuhan is the Chief People Officer at Tinuiti. Jeff was previously the Chief Talent Officer at DoubleVerify from January 2018 to January 2022. Jeff was responsible for building talent management inclusive of talent acquisition and retention, culture, people operations, learning and organizational development, total rewards, and employee experience to make people strategy a competitive advantage as the company continues to grow and enter new global markets. Jeff was a part of the executive team and reported to the CEO.

During their time at DoubleVerify, the company saw high growth, consistently exceeding aggressive financial and hiring targets. Jeff partnered with the executive team to develop the company’s mission, vision, values and behaviors. Jeff also collaborated with business leaders to drive HR strategy and programs that are aligned and support business strategies. The company went from 6 to 15 countries due to international expansion. Jeff implemented a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Belonging strategy and execution plan which increased diverse representation in leadership roles. Jeff also launched DV’s first employee engagement and inclusion survey. Jeff championed a targeted and innovative recruiting and onboarding program to recruit top talent and bolster talent quality across functions and regions. The HR Leadership team launched a career framework, and total rewards programs that align with the company’s strategy under Jeff’s leadership. Jeff created an enterprise talent strategy to ensure workforce readiness and diverse talent base to meet the future needs of a dynamic and digital workforce. Jeff developed development programs to build leadership capability across the business. Jeff also successfully integrated 4 acquisitions while they were at DoubleVerify.

Jeff Batuhan earned their BA in Political Science from San Jose State University with a concentration in Public Management. Jeff then went on to complete the Stryker Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, they hold certifications from LinkedIn in Managing High Potentials, Gallup in Gallup Strengths Coach, and SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

They are on a team with Andy Taylor - VP, Research, Art Benjamin - Senior Director Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Jackie Edmundson - SVP, Strategic Business Operations. Their manager is Zach Morrison, CEO.
