Jenn Shaffer

Jenn Shaffer is the Equity Coordinator at Tiny Trees Preschool. Jenn has also worked as an adjunct teacher, aircraft mechanic, youth program coordinator, and pastor for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jenn is passionate about social justice and supporting their community.

Jenn Shaffer has a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jenn also has an Aviation Maintenance Technology Certificate Program from San Diego Miramar College and is certified by the Brethren In Christ Church as a Local Minister. Additionally, they are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as an A&P Mechanic (Airframe and Powerplant Ratings) and as a Private Pilot.

Their manager is Khavin Debbs, Deputy Executive Director.
