Kellie Morrill

Executive Director at Tiny Trees Preschool

Kellie Morrill is currently the Executive Director at Tiny Trees Preschool. Prior to this, they served as the MERIT State Approved Trainer at the Washington State Department of Early Learning from March 2013 to January 2022. In this role, they provided training in early learning and K-12 education. From October 2009 to May 2013, they served as the Disabilities Coordinator at Puget Sound ESD, where they developed Interagency Agreements with districts to align screening and referral systems to support early intervention. Kellie also introduced Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) policies, training and practice to leadership and teachers to decrease challenging behavior and increase staff skills. From May 2013 to June 2019, they served as the Prenatal to 3rd Grade Campus Director at Educare Seattle, where they provided strategic leadership of prenatal to third grade services and systems alignment serving 300 students in partnership with Educare Early Learning Network, Seattle Preschool Program, and Highline Public Schools. Kellie has also served as a member of the Board Of Directors at Community Day School Association from August 2011 to January 2015.

Kellie Morrill holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. Kellie also has a P-3 Executive Leadership Institute certification from the University of Washington in Prenatal to Third Grade Education Leadership and Policy. Kellie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Services, Family Studies, and Related Services from Western Washington University. Kellie is also certified by the Bellingham Technical College in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
