Marianella Orlando

Marianella Orlando has over eight years of work experience in content marketing, copy-editing, and project management. Marianella began their career in 2013 as an Editorial Assistant at Philadelphia Magazine and HudsonMOD Magazine, where they wrote and edited digital articles, conducted research, and provided fact-checking services. In 2014, they took on the role of Website Editor at hibu, where they wrote and edited custom website content for small to medium-sized businesses. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Custom Publications Editor at Houstonia Magazine, where they were responsible for head three custom publications for external clients, communicating with clients to produce concepts, supervising a team of freelance writers, and copy-editing stories. In 2020, they joined Orion Advisor Solutions as Content Marketing Manager and, in 2021, they became Senior Manager of Tinybeans Content Studio.

Marianella Orlando attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English/Professional Writing. Marianella then attended Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism, where they earned their Master of Science (M.S.) in Journalism from 2014 to 2015.
