Thomas Feichtmeir has extensive experience in the gaming industry, working in various roles and positions for different companies. Thomas started their career in 2013 at WayForward Technologies as an Animator for Adventure Time: Explore the dungeon because I don't know. Thomas then moved on to work as a Game Artist for The Mummy Demastered, where they successfully navigated tight deadlines to launch the game in conjunction with the movie premiere.
In 2017, Feichtmeir became the Art Director at WayForward Technologies, overseeing the creation and implementation of artwork for various projects. Thomas also served as the Co-Creator and Art Director for Tower 57, an action title that was successfully Kickstarted.
Feichtmeir joined The Game Kitchen in 2018 as a Background Artist for the critically acclaimed game Blasphemous. Thomas worked under demanding deadlines to ensure their artwork fit the aesthetic and enhanced gameplay.
In 2020, Feichtmeir joined Lavapotion as a Senior Artist for Songs of Conquest, where they produced new content and refined existing artwork.
Thomas then became the Art Director at Metamorphosis Games LLC in 2017 for the development of Gestalt: Steam and Cinder, a Metroidvania game focused on narrative and character development. Thomas ensured artwork enhanced game design, hired and managed artists, and oversaw efficient art production pipelines.
In 2021, Feichtmeir started working as a Senior Artist at Something Classic Games, contributing to the production and refinement of artwork. Thomas also became a Consultant for Bippinbits, providing guidance on graphics design, visual game design, UI design, and art direction for the game Dome Keeper.
Most recently, Feichtmeir joined tinyBuild GAMES in 2022 as the Art Director for Streets of Rogue 2, where they were responsible for creating the art style based on the prequel and ensuring the completion of the project. Thomas has a proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing art assets, and delivering high-quality artwork in line with the overall design goals of the games they work on.
