Luke also optimized client dashboards by designing searches within searches and cross-referencing media lists. In addition, they responded personally to clients' questions and concerns in a timely manner via chat message.

Prior to TrendKite, Luke worked as an Ads Risk Analyst at Facebook. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing ads to ensure they met Facebook's standards and regulations.

After their time at Facebook, Luke became the Chief Executive Officer of Guide City. Luke held this position for about 9 months before moving on to become a columnist for Mic.

Most recently, Luke has been working as an Associate Consultant at TIP Strategies. In this role, they provide consulting services to clients in the areas of economic development, community planning, and public policy.

Luke Shuffield received their B.A. from Duke University in Political Science, English, Markets & Management Studies. Luke later attended Regents School of Austin.

Their manager is Tom Stellman, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Tina Avent - Associate Graphic Designer, Rachel Wise - Proposal Writer, and Phoebe Polakovic - Analyst.
