Ing. Raylice Isenia

Ing. Raylice Isenia currently serves as Rental Operations Manager Benelux at TIP Group since September 2023. Previously, Raylice held various positions at Radio Holland from January 2019 to August 2023, including Technical Manager Field Service Netherlands and Team Leader Service Coordination. Earlier experience includes roles at TIP Trailer Services, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Manager Customer Service to Customer Service Specialist, and positions at Euromaster, Van Tilburg-Bastianen Groep B.V., and RET. Raylice holds an Engineer’s Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed recent management training courses at IMK Opleidingen and Kenneth Smit Training.
