Jochen van Den Berg

Jochen van den Berg has a strong background in finance and transformation. Jochen is currently working as the Finance Transformation Director at TIP Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director | CFO & Enterprise Value at Accenture the Netherlands. Jochen also has experience working at Philips as the Director Group Consolidation & Reporting, where they were responsible for the Month-End Closing process for all Philips entities globally. Before that, they worked at LeasePlan in various roles, including Senior Manager Control, Reporting & Tax, Senior Financial Controller, and Audit Manager. Jochen began their career at KPMG Nederland as an Audit Supervisor, where they gained experience in financial audits, M&A, and forensic assignments.

Jochen van den Berg completed their VWO degree at De Godelinde from 1987 to 1993. Jochen then pursued their Master's degree in Business Information Management at Nyenrode Business University from 1993 to 2002. In 2020, Jochen obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
