Altagracia Vargas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Altagracia started their career at Starbucks in 2007, where they served as a Supervisor, Trainer, and Lead Barista. In this role, they managed employee schedules, provided training, and achieved sales and customer service goals.

In 2010, they transitioned to Gorilla Circuits, a computer chip manufacturing company, where they worked as a Planning Engineer. Their responsibilities included facilitating the design of customized circuit boards, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely completion of high-volume orders.

From 2013 to 2015, Altagracia worked as a Sales Administrator at Irvine Company. Altagracia supported sales operations by handling lease paperwork, managing a high volume of leases, and liaising between corporate partners and relocation companies.

After that, they joined Synergy Global Housing as a Customer Service Coordinator in 2015 and later moved on to Irvine Company as a Sales Specialist/Admin in 2016. In these roles, they provided customer support, conducted property tours, and achieved high lease rates.

Altagracia then moved to Tipalti in 2019, where they held several positions. Altagracia started as an Onboarding Specialist, developing a strong understanding of the KYC process and driving efficiency in the onboarding process. Later, they became a Customer Onboarding Manager, responsible for managing the onboarding process of over 90 customers per quarter and collaborating with various teams to improve customer success. Currently, they are working as a Compliance Operations Analyst II and a KYC/AML Analyst II.

Altagracia Vargas completed their education in a chronological order. Altagracia obtained a High School Diploma from Fremont High School in the years 2003-2007. Following that, they attended Mission College and pursued General Education until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Altagracia Vargas attended Southern New Hampshire University, where they earned a degree in Human Resource Management with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services.
