Ayala Snir

Ayala Snir began their work experience in 2015 as a Middle School English Teacher at the Herzliya Municipality. In this role, they engaged students through points of interest and tailored the curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners. Ayala also maintained regular communication with parents and family members through a weekly newsletter. From 2018 to 2020, Ayala worked as an Elementary English Teacher at the Israeli Ministry of Education. During this time, they created a warm and welcoming classroom environment and used positive reinforcement techniques to motivate and support their students. Currently, Ayala is working as an Office Manager at Tipalti, starting in March 2021.

Ayala Snir attended the Kibbutzim College of Education from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
