Barna Pathak

Barna Pathak is a Sales Enablement Partner at Tipalti since March 2021, focusing on global tools and system enablement. Previously, Barna served as Team Lead for Sales Development at Andela from July 2019 to January 2021, contributing to the company's mission of addressing the technical talent shortage by building distributed engineering teams with top African software developers. Prior to Andela, Barna was a Team Lead in Business Development and a Business Development Associate at CarMax from January 2015 to October 2018, where Barna played a role in transforming the auto industry with a focus on an honest and transparent car buying experience. Barna holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate's degree in Natural Sciences from Houston Community College.
