Jennifer Agosta

Jennifer Agosta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Analyst GTM Analytics at Tipalti since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of a Finance and Operations Analyst at AutoTrader.ca from August 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for financial and operational reporting and analysis for multiple business units.

Before joining AutoTrader.ca, Jennifer worked at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated from October 2015 to November 2019. During their time there, they served as an Operational Claims Analyst, overseeing claims administration and reporting for seven international regions. Jennifer also acted as the Team Lead for the International Administration team from August 2017 to December 2017, managing and providing support to a team of analysts.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Reinsurance Analyst at LOGiQ3 Corp. from September 2013 to October 2015. Their responsibilities included ceded reinsurance claims administration, analysis, and reporting.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles at Canada Life as a Case Administrator from February 2011 to September 2013, at Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company in various roles including Life/Living Benefits Coordinator and Receptionist/Marketing Assistant from 2008 to 2011, and at Freedom 55 Financial as a Financial Services Advisor from November 2007 to March 2008.

Additionally, Jennifer has experience as an Assistant Operations Supervisor at Value Village from June 2007 to October 2007, where they supervised a team of salesclerks and maintained customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in working with large data sets and providing support to team members.

Jennifer Agosta has a diverse education history. In 2003, they obtained their Honours B.A. degree in Philosophy from Queen's University, where they studied for four years. Following this, in 2007, they completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course from IFIC and also achieved the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification. In 2011, Jennifer pursued further education at Ryerson University, where they earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Publishing, which they completed in 2013. Continuing their educational journey, they attended LOMA Canada and obtained multiple certifications, including an Associate degree in Customer Service (ACS), an Associate degree in Reinsurance Administration (ARA), and finally, a Fellow degree in Life Management Institute (FLMI), which they completed in 2015. Additionally, in February 2020, Jennifer acquired the QuickBooks Certification from QuickBooks Proadvisor CA.
