Nik Patel

Nik Patel is currently the Director of Customer Onboarding at Tipalti, where responsibilities include overseeing procurement and accounts payable automation as well as global and mass payments since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nik served as the Zuora Revenue COE Lead for EMEA and a Senior Solutions Architect at Zuora between March 2018 and November 2021, leading global services and specializing in the Zuora RevPro product. Nik's earlier experience includes significant roles at Epicor Software as a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager and Senior Solution Architect, where complex custom implementations were managed across multiple countries. Additional roles include a Senior Technical + Functional Applications Analyst at Bausch + Lomb, Head of Professional Services/Development at AlphaGen Group, and a Systems Accountant at Sage Publications, alongside experience as a Senior Consultant at AlphaGen.
