Owen Richardson

Owen Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Owen started their career as an Assistant Race Director at Big Blue Adventure from June 2007 to October 2011, where they played a key role in managing and organizing outdoor events such as obstacle course races, mountain bike races, adventure races, and triathlons.

In 2012, Owen worked as an IT Project Manager at DODOcase, a small manufacturing firm. Owen served as the ERP project manager, overseeing the relationship between company leadership and the contract development team. Their responsibilities included defining feature-based criteria to develop a unique custom product solution.

From November 2014 to November 2016, Owen worked at Glassdoor. Owen initially served as a Technical Implementation Manager, responsible for managing technical product implementations for the company's enterprise customer base, which included companies like Facebook, Amazon, Apple, and Google. Later, they became the Manager of the Implementation division, leading a team of Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. Owen played a crucial role in hiring and training new team members and creating an ongoing education platform for the Implementation team.

Owen joined Castlight Health in April 2017 as a Customer Implementation Manager. Owen was responsible for the successful implementation and post-launch technical account management of the company's product suite for Fortune 500 customers. Owen worked closely with cross-functional teams and senior executives to develop strategies for product, service, and business scalability. Additionally, Owen provided support to the Castlight managerial team in terms of team structure and mentoring junior employees.

Currently, Owen is working at Tipalti, starting in November 2018. Owen has held several roles within the company, including Implementation Manager, Senior Implementation Manager, Implementation Team Lead, Manager of Implementation, and currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Implementation.

Owen Richardson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Owen then pursued a Management Information Systems degree in Business Information Systems at California State University, Chico from 2009 to 2012.
