Raanan Tauber

Raanan Tauber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raanan started their career as a QA Engineer at Israel Defense Forces and later became a QA Team Leader, overseeing a team of 3 engineers. Raanan was responsible for managing time, resources, and deadlines while preparing test documents and executing test cases for a Web Medical Information System. At the same organization, they also served as a Project Manager, where they had full responsibility for information systems, including infrastructure upgrade projects and software testing.

Raanan then transitioned to GE Healthcare, where they worked as a V&V Engineer, writing and performing test cases for a Web Medical Information System. Later, they became a QA Team Leader, managing a team of 3 engineers and handling managerial reports, test case writing, and execution, as well as document preparation.

In 2013, Raanan joined Tipalti as a Product Analyst and subsequently took on the role of QA Manager. As a QA Manager, they were in charge of 43 testers and QA leads in a successful startup in the payments and e-commerce industry. Raanan had full responsibility for all QA activities on a strategic level, including setting standards, managing resources, overseeing test automation, and initiating improvement processes. Raanan also had a short stint as a part-time Product Manager, handling high-level requirements and seeing them through from start to end.

Raanan Tauber completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2001 and 2004. Raanan then pursued further education and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, from 2004 to 2010, Raanan Tauber attended the IDF, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology & Financing.
