Stan Nevyazhskiy (Stanislav)

Stanislav Nevyazhskiy has a diverse work experience in the fields of data science, sales operations, and project management. Stan (Stanislav) is currently working as a Data Scientist at Tipalti since April 2023. Prior to that, while studying data science, they worked as a Sales Operations Consultant, where they were involved in various projects related to sales processes optimization, CRM deployment, and marketing automation. Stan (Stanislav) achieved notable success in projects such as the MSP SaaS Marketplace project for a leading SW distributor and sales operations transformation for a global VMS manufacturer.

Before their role as a Sales Operations Consultant, Stanislav worked at Kaspersky Lab for over 12 years. Stan (Stanislav) held the position of Head of Sales Enablement, where they were responsible for driving sales and marketing transformations within various systems and leading a team of 30+ people. Stan (Stanislav) utilized their project management skills to ensure smooth and successful transformations.

Stanislav also gained significant experience during their tenure at Alcatel-Lucent, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of CIS Bid Management & Sales Support, they played a crucial role in creating and negotiating offers for clients in the CIS region. Additionally, as the Head of CIS Presales Service Team, they focused on professional services sales. At the start of their career, they worked as a Network Telecommunications Engineer and later as a Telecommunications Engineer at Alcatel.

Prior to that, they earned a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009, focusing on Project Management. At Stanford University, they studied Statistics from an unknown start year until 2022. Stan also holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications, which they completed from 1992 to 1997. Before that, they studied Nuclear Physics for a year at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in 1991-1992.

In addition to their degrees, Stan has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
