Starting in 2012, they worked at EF Educational Tours as an Account Service Representative, consistently achieving high task completion rates and breaking down barriers between sales and service. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Account Service Representative, taking on team lead responsibilities and developing positive customer relationships.
