Yaris Golikov

Yaris Golikov has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Yaris began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Computer Department Team Leader from August 2006 to May 2011.

Following their military service, Golikov joined Elbit Systems Ltd in June 2011 as a System Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for system implementation, specializing in Windows administration, Hyper-V virtualization, and NetApp storage. Yaris worked on various projects, both in lab conditions and at customer sites, until April 2013.

From April 2013 to July 2014, Golikov worked as a System Infrastructure Professional Services Consultant at Comm-IT. Here, they provided solutions for complex systems in NetApp, VMware, HPE Networks, and Microsoft domains. Additionally, they were part of a team implementing cyber training systems for international customers.

In 2014, Golikov joined Verint as a System Infrastructure Engineer. Over the course of their tenure, they progressed to the role of System Infrastructure Team Lead and finally System & DevOps Manager. Their responsibilities included managing R&D data centers, overseeing installation and configuration, troubleshooting, and leading infrastructure projects. Yaris also integrated DevOps tools such as Prometheus & Graphana, Vault, and Kubernetes into the product.

In 2021, Golikov joined Checkmarx as a DevOps Team Lead and was later promoted to the role of DevOps Group Manager. Yaris played a key role in building the DevOps infrastructure from scratch and supporting the company's SaaS product from alpha to beta and finally GA. Their responsibilities encompassed production and release environments, CI/CD, and Observability.

Currently, Golikov is employed as a DevOps Manager at Tipalti, starting from July 2022.

Throughout their career, Golikov has gained expertise in various areas including system administration, virtualization, storage management, and DevOps. Their extensive experience and leadership skills make him a valuable asset in the field of technology and IT management.

Yaris Golikov attended Ort Holon from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Program Engineering.

In 2013, Yaris Golikov studied at HackerU - האקריו המרכז ללימודי מחשבים והשמת עובדים בהייטק, acquiring an MCSE degree in Information Technology.

From 2019 to 2019, Yaris Golikov enrolled in DevOps Experts to become a DevOps Engineer.

Lastly, Yaris Golikov studied at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2020, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, and obtaining the degree of Chief Information Security Officer.
