Jens Egeskov

Jens Egeskov has extensive work experience in the service market industry. Jens started their career as a Mechanic at Andersen & Martini A/S in 1977 and later worked in various roles at Forsvaret, including Warrant Officer II and Sergeant. In 2003, they joined Mercedes-Benz CPH A/S as a Foreman and later became the Director of the Service Market. Jens then moved on to Scania Biler A/S as a Service Market Director and was responsible for managing 22 workshops throughout Denmark. In 2012, Jens became the Service Director at Volvo Group Trucks Danmark A/S, overseeing service market development and activities in Denmark. Jens also worked as the Founder and owner of Oakwood Solutions, where they offered solutions for the automotive industry. Most recently, Jens held the positions of Service Director and Service Market Director at NYSCAN A/S, responsible for workshop operations and parts. Currently, they are serving as the Service Market Director, Nordic at TIP Group, responsible for performance, development, and service sales across the Nordic region.

Jens Egeskov has a diverse education history. In 1972, they completed their Realeksamen from Syvstjerneskolen. Jens went on to pursue an education in mechanics and graduated as an Automobilmekaniker. In 2001-2002, Jens attended Hillerød Erhvervsakademi and earned a degree in Virksomhedsøkonomi og regnskab. From 1985 to 2003, they engaged in various leadership courses at Forsvaret. In 2013, Jens attended the Presidents Institute for an unknown course. In 2015, they completed The Core for Executives program at Volvo. Most recently, Jens is undertaking Lean Practitioner Training at Catalyst (enabling results) and is expected to complete the program by 2022.
