Matthias S. Kaiser has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Matthias S. began their career in 2009 as an apprentice automobile salesperson, where they gained experience in sales analysis and website management. Matthias S. then worked as an editor intern, where they conducted interviews and edited texts.

In 2011 and 2012, Matthias worked as a student employee in SEO and content roles, where they wrote press releases, performed website maintenance, and managed CRM newsletter marketing for various clients.

From 2013 to 2014, Matthias worked at Plan.Net Connect GmbH & Co. KG, where they developed responsive newsletters for clients such as Deutsche Lufthansa and Engelhorn. Matthias S. also gained experience in web development, project management, and HTML newsletter template creation.

In 2014, Matthias interned at FELD M, where they assisted in newsletter configuration and usability tests for clients. Matthias S. also conducted competitor analyses.

In 2015, Matthias took on the role of CRM Manager at Deutsche Sportwetten GmbH, responsible for CRM at the sports betting company.

Matthias S. Kaiser completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration (BWL) from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, studying from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they took part in an Erasmus semester abroad at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, focusing on business administration (Sciences économiques et management). Prior to their university education, Matthias attended Luitpold-Gymnasium Wasserburg am Inn from 2000 to 2009, where they completed their Abitur (A level) and took intensive courses in German and French.

In addition to their formal education, Matthias also holds several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Ausbildereignungsschein, a vocational and educational proficiency certification as an instructor for apprentice training, from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern. In 2016, they completed further training in "change management" from Laudius GmbH and became a specialist in conversion optimization from ConversionBoosting. Matthias also obtained certifications from DigitalMarketer, including Certified Ecommerce Marketing Specialist in 2020, Certified Analytics & Data Specialist, and Certified Email Marketing Specialist in 2017. Additionally, they became a Licensed Fitness Instructor C/Fitnesstrainer C from Akademie für Sport und Gesundheit in 2017.
