Andres Rivera

Andres Rivera is a professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering, currently serving as a Lecturer at Universidad Nacional de Colombia since March 2022 and as a Process Engineer at TIPIEL since November 2014. Rivera has held multiple roles at Technip Italy S.p.A., including Process Engineer and Corrosion Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the Midor refinery expansion and various PTA plant and refinery debottlenecking initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Prior to university lecturer roles, Rivera gained research experience as a Research Assistant in the field of chemical and biochemical processes.
