Ari Karniawan

Ari Karniawan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Ari started their career at PT. Graha asih lestari as a Group IT Support, where they developed IT infrastructure for hotels and worked on web-based applications such as HRIS and Point of Sales. Ari then moved on to PT. Marui Intex as a Software Development Lead, leading a team of engineers and developing various web-based applications. Ari also worked at PT. FORTUNE STAR GLOBAL as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, PT Indodev Niaga Internet as a Software Development Manager, and Machtwatch as Head of Engineering. Most recently, they joined TipTip as a Software Engineer. Ari also has extensive experience with Grab, where they held the roles of Engineering Manager for the Grab OnA ID Team and Engineering Manager for Grab Kios By Kudo. Throughout their various positions, Ari has demonstrated leadership skills, coaching and developing teams, and expertise in software development and system analysis.

Ari Karniawan pursued their education in a systematic manner. Ari completed their senior school education from SMA N 1 PAMULANG between 2000 and 2003, focusing on the science stream (IPA). After that, they enrolled in UPN "Veteran" Jakarta from 2003 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
