Chandra Ishano has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2013, they began their career as a Research and Development Intern at Syngenta. Chandra then worked at GOJEK as a Performance Marketing Strategist, focusing on mobile engagement from 2016 to 2017. Chandra then joined LYKE eServices Indonesia (now Jollychic Indonesia) as a Mobile Marketing Manager, where they worked on marketing strategies, data analytics, and product marketing. Chandra later joined Ayoconnect as the Head of Performance Marketing, responsible for building the ayopop bill-payment app as the top app in Indonesia. At Grab, Chandra held various roles including Loyalty & Retention Lead, Project Lead, and Growth Revenue & Analytics Manager, where they contributed to loyalty programs, customer lifecycle management, and growth strategies. Chandra'smost recent role was at CloudKitchens as a Growth Manager, focusing on the SaaS and ID market. Chandra is currently the Head of Growth at TipTip, showcasing their extensive expertise in growth and marketing.
Chandra Ishano has a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, they also obtained a certification for attending the Summer School at OTH Amberg Weiden. In 2013, Chandra received an Internship Certification from Syngenta. Furthermore, in 2014, they obtained a certification in English proficiency from EF English First Indonesia. Chandra recently pursued further education in 2023, completing a course in Data Analytics at CareerFoundry, and subsequently, in 2024, they took a course in Growth, Product, and Marketing at Reforge.
