Natassya Monica has a diverse work experience in various industries. Natassya started their career in 2009 as a Volunteer at Java Festival Production. Natassya then worked as a Promotion Staff at Universal Music Group from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Biznet Networks as a Corporate Communications Executive for a brief period. Later, they worked at Phibious as a Public Relations Executive for Google Indonesia. In 2015, they joined FWD Insurance as an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and stayed there until 2018. Natassya then moved to DANA Indonesia, where they worked as a Branding Marketing Manager until 2021. Natassya's next role was at Lamudi.co.id, where they served as a Brand Manager, responsible for creating marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and building a brand team. Currently, they work at Tentang Anak as the Head of Brand, overseeing brand-related activities. In 2023, Natassya will start their new role as the Head of Brand Campaign & PR at TipTip.

Natassya Monica began their education in 2008 at LSPR Communication and Business Institute, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising in 2012. In 2013, Monica attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona for a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Monica has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Creative Thinking Fundamental CSI1 certification from Tirian Innovative Solutions. In 2010, they obtained the Espanol Nivel 1 certification from Lembaga Bahasa International Universitas Indonesia and the Level 2 Certificate in English for Business Communication from City & Guilds. Monica also received recognition on participating in the State Bank of India's Design Advertisement and has a Customer Service certification from City & Guilds.
