Paulina Purnomowati has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paulina is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at TipTip since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Corporate Development and Strategy at Evolve MMA from August 2021 to September 2022. Paulina also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Mount Scopus Group Indonesia from January 2021 to August 2021. In addition, they were a Top 5 Finalist on The Apprentice ONE Championship at ONE from February 2021 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Country Manager Indonesia at Valiram from February 2018 to January 2021. Paulina was the Country Manager for Inditex Indonesia at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk from March 2017 to February 2018. Paulina also held the position of Country Head Indonesia at Global Brands Group from March 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, they were the Brand Director for TOD'S Indonesia at TOD'S from February 2012 to February 2014. Paulina worked as the Deputy Director of Marketing, Innovation & Business Development at ERHA CLINIC INDONESIA from March 2011 to February 2012. Lastly, they were the Brand Manager for CHANEL from February 2010 to March 2011.

Paulina Purnomowati pursued their education in a chronological order. Paulina began their educational journey by attending SMU Tarakanita I from 1994 to 1997, where they completed their high school education with a focus on science. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. In 2004, Paulina enrolled in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business & Marketing between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, in 2005, they attended the New England School of Photography to earn a Short Course Certificate in Fashion Photography.
