Qushay Bagas

Qushay Bagas has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Qushay is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at TipTip, where they design and develops digital content service and distribution, as well as live streaming service and distribution. Prior to that, they worked at Lion Parcel as an SRE Lead, where they developed GCP project infrastructure, migrated services into K8s, and automated CICD for services into K8s. Qushay also collaborated with related parties to develop a DevOps culture.

Qushay's previous experience includes working at Grab as a DevOps (Cloud) specialist, managing AWS instances and services, setting up Kubernetes clusters, monitoring and optimizing infrastructure resources, implementing infrastructure security best practices, and developing applications for resource management and automation. Qushay was also a Developer Evangelist at PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia (KUDO), where they promoted the company's payment system and worked as an Android Developer.

Additionally, Qushay worked as an Analyst & Developer at Solvits Indonesia, a Laboratory Assistant at Mobile Communication Laboratory, and an IT Engineer (R&D Center) at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Their responsibilities in these roles included various tasks such as analyzing and developing systems, assisting in laboratory work, and developing a mobile music player for a low-end device.

Qushay Bagas completed their Master of Management degree from the University of Indonesia between 2020 and 2022. In 2011, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from INIXINDO. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Telkom. In 2020, they also obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 77 out of 100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
