Maartje Koopman

Maartje Koopman's work experience includes serving as the Head of People and Culture at Tiqets, where they are responsible for making culture more accessible through online ticketing. Maartje also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and a HR Manager NL/BE at PARK NOW Group, where they developed and executed HR policies. Additionally, they were a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and an HR Business Partner at RTL, where they provided all-round HR support and worked on projects such as employer branding and recruitment. Maartje also worked as an HR Assistant at SpotX and Not-a-Number, where they handled staff administration, HR matters, and recruitment.

Maartje Koopman has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Schoevers College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Office Management. From 2003 to 2005, they enrolled at Avans University of Applied Sciences and pursued a Post HBO Personeelsmanagement degree in the field of study. In 2010, Maartje attended NCOI and completed a Prince II degree. Maartje also took part in a Masterclass Management & Psychology program at NCOI in 2011. In 2007, they attended Bureau Zuidema and gained insights into Advising. Maartje further expanded their knowledge by studying "Inzicht in Invloed" at Bureau Zuidema in 2013. More recently, in 2022, Maartje completed a Master's degree in Strategic Talent Management at Nyenrode Business University. Additionally, they pursued Italian language studies at ItalRosa - Italian Language in 2013.
