Bogdan Cernescu is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in corporate banking and real estate management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking at BCR, Bogdan has also held leadership roles in corporate coverage and has advised on the transformation of corporate banking services. As Managing Director of Tiriac Imobiliare, Bogdan oversees significant real estate development projects, including the award-winning Tiriac Tower and Stejarii Collection. Previous positions include senior roles at Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, Erste Group Immorent, and BRD - Groupe Societe Generale. Bogdan holds a BSc in Finance & Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București and has completed senior management courses at IESE Business School and IEDC - Bled School of Management.
