Daniel Boyland

Daniel Boyland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning content management and quality assessment in the medical laboratory sector. Currently serving as Learning Content Manager at Tiro since September 2024, Daniel focuses on developing and implementing training strategies to enhance learner and employer success. Prior to this role, Daniel held multiple positions at UKAS from January 2017 to October 2024, including technical assessor for haematology and blood transfusion laboratories, while also contributing to the development of training programs. Daniel's earlier career featured significant roles at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, where expertise in haematology and transfusion sciences was honed, culminating in a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Daniel's educational background includes numerous specialized certifications in learning design and teaching methodologies.
