Nate Shanok

Nate Shanok serves as the Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Equity Capital Markets at Tishman Speyer, a position held since 2012, where responsibilities include driving strategy, new product development, and managing investor relationships across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Prior to this role, Shanok was the Managing Director and Regional Director for Turkey, overseeing firm activities in that region and managing acquisitions in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. Between 2005 and 2011, Shanok held the position of Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management for investments in Brazil. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at McMaster-Carr from 1998 to 2003. Shanok earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
