Terry Williams

Terry Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles within the healthcare and medical device industries. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Tissue Health Plus since April 2025, Terry previously held the same position at CarePICS, where innovative solutions for remote clinical imagery sharing were developed. Prior experience includes Chief Strategy Officer at Medical Treatment Systems, focusing on sales force management, and Chief Development Officer at Trinity Wound Institute, dedicated to research and development of wound healing devices. Terry's career began as President of Trac Medical, leading to the successful development and acquisition of medical devices. Additional roles include Sales Director positions at Physio Control Corporation and Kendall Healthcare, along with a foundational role as Sales Representative at Becton Dickinson Company. Terry holds a BS in Life Sciences with a focus on Chemistry and Biological Sciences from NC State University and attended UNC Dental School for two years.
