Michael Silberberg

Michael Silberberg, MD MBA, is an accomplished professional in the fields of medicine and business with extensive experience in aesthetics and therapeutic areas. Currently, Michael serves as the Global Therapeutic Area Head and Executive Medical Director for Facial Aesthetics at AbbVie since May 2020, and also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Tissue Repair since April 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Allergan, where Michael was the Executive Medical Director for Aesthetics and led Global Plastic Surgery Therapeutic Area initiatives, as well as Medical Director for the Asia Pacific region. Earlier career highlights include serving as Medical Advisor at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Australia and managing director at Brettco International. Michael's education includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MD from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and an AB in Biomedicine from Brown University.
