Cindy Blanton CSAC, NCACI is a seasoned professional in the field of substance abuse treatment and recovery, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regional Service Coordinator at National Capital Treatment & Recovery since March 2004, previously known as Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic, Cindy also held a similar role at Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic from its inception in 2004 until March of the same year. Prior to this, Cindy worked as a Senior Substance Abuse Case Manager at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority from 1993 to 2004. Cindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
