Douglas Souza

Douglas Souza has extensive work experience in various roles, starting as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force in 1999. Douglas then worked as a Research Assistant at RAND Corporation before moving on to roles at American Express, Mercer, and Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. Douglas later transitioned to CVS Health as a Senior Consultant. Their most recent positions include roles as a Data Scientist at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc., Senior Data Scientist at Onyx, and now as a Data Analytics Lead at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation.

Douglas Souza graduated from Arizona State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Economics. Douglas then attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their J.D. degree in Law. In 2013, they obtained a certification in "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python" from Coursera Verified Certificates. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in 2021 and 2022.
