Joseph Rhodes

Joseph Rhodes is the current CEO at TISTA Science & Technology. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director at CSRA Inc from August 2017 to February 2018. While at CSRA, Joseph aggressively grew the Veterans Affairs (VA) and Defense Health business, and designed efficient/scalable organizational structures and high-impact business plans. Joseph also leveraged emerging technologies to drive new business for managed services, cloud computing, data analytics, high-performance computing, and blockchain connected offerings.

Under Joseph's leadership, the company immediately improved program growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Joseph also generated $400+ million in total contract value by winning the 2 largest VA T4NG task orders in company history.

Some of Joseph's notable accomplishments while at CSRA include helping close deals with Enterprise Service Desk Managed Services (ESDMS) and Records Management Center (RMC), overseeing an organization serving 30+ customers, and implementing the new Performance Objective practice. Joseph also successfully rescued a troubled project and maintained the highest levels of operational excellence, which enabled the recovery of revenue. In addition, Joseph streamlined the division’s management and delivery structures and revamped the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Health & Civil Division while aligning business lines to VA marketplace. This led to slashed operating costs and the identification of 5+ new business growth opportunities. Finally, they improved data quality for Executive/Board of Directors’ messaging by creating Quantum Computing analysis/roadmap for emerging technology and executive teams.

Joseph Rhodes attended Virginia Tech for their Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Afterward, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration at the University of Mary Washington.
