Andrew Cannon

Andrew Cannon, PhD, serves as a Senior Battery Scientist and Battery Lab Team Lead at Titan Advanced Energy Solutions, where expertise includes characterizing and evaluating lithium-ion cell performance and electrode morphology using advanced techniques. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Graduate Research Assistant at Boston University College of Engineering, focusing on developing multiphysics models for electrodeposition. Additional experience includes advising high school students on computational modeling research, teaching undergraduate courses, evaluating investment opportunities at Anbaric, and conducting research on graphene-polymer composites at Rutgers University. Andrew holds a PhD and a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
