Kristina Lukas

Kristina is experienced in managing organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that drive corporate objectives. She is passionate about developing a workforce that is thriving, effective and anchored, by creating opportunities for growth, recognition of impact and value, community building, and continuous internal process improvement. She has recently focused on managing all aspects of HR at tech start-ups, in addition to experience in operations and financial management. Kristina is skilled in financial forecasting and analysis having begun her career in investment management and valuing companies for M&A in Eastern Europe. She is an active member of her community, having held multiple leadership positions including President of Land Sake Board. During her twenty five year-long career, she has earned an MBA, CFA, Six Sigma green belt and Lean Project Management certification.
