Liz Austin (FCIPD)

Liz Austin (FCIPD) has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Liz currently holds the position of HR Director at Titan Airways since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at MAG (Airports Group) from March 2010 to September 2022. Liz also has experience working at BAA, where they served as the Head of HR from April 2008 to March 2010 and as an HRBP from May 2006 to March 2008. Before joining BAA, Liz worked at Asda Stores Ltd as a People Manager from September 2004 to May 2006. Starting their career, Liz worked as an HR Manager at TES 2000 Ltd from July 2002 to September 2004, and as an HR Assistant at Balfour Beatty Rail from December 2000 to June 2002.

Liz Austin (FCIPD) completed their education with a BSC in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Liz later pursued a MSC in Occupational Psychology at The University of Sheffield, completing their studies from 1999 to 2000.
