Wael Salah

Wael Salah has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Wael started their career as a Personnel Specialist at Sonesta Club Sharm El Sheikh in 2000 and later worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Savoy Sharm Group from 2002 to 2004. Wael then held various assistant human resources manager positions at different hotels, including Intercontinental Abu Soma, Naama Bay Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, Domina Makadi Bay, and Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Hotel. Wael also served as the Human Resources Manager at Al Qasr Hotel and Resort and currently holds the position of Payroll and Personnel Section Head at Titan Cement Egypt (TCE) since 2011.

Wael Salah completed their education at Tanta University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in the years 1993 to 1997. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Cairo University from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Wael has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Wael completed the Data Analysis Professional-Nanodegree program from Udacity in June 2021. In February 2021, they obtained the certification for Microsoft Teams Essential Training from LinkedIn. In December 2020, they completed several certifications including "Become a Data Analyst," "Data Fluency: Exploring and Describing Data," "Excel Statistics Essential Training: 1," "Learning Data Analytics," and "Learning Excel: Data Analysis" from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in August 2020, Wael earned the certification for "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits," "Power BI Essential Training," and "Tableau Essential Training (2020.1)" from LinkedIn.
