Shailja Singhal is an experienced professional in human resources and capability development, currently serving as the Capability Development Lead for North India at Titan Company Limited since December 2022. Previously, Shailja held multiple roles at Comviva, including Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing the complete employee life cycle for a portfolio of over 300 employees and focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and individual development planning. Prior experience also encompasses positions as Human Resources Operations Manager at Channelplay Limited, Management Trainee at SHRM, Campus Manager for the [v] Nokia India Fest, and a summer intern in the finance department at Devyani International Limited. Shailja holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisation Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Of Commerce.
