Siva Subramanian

Siva Subramanian serves as the DGM for Projects & Maintenance and Intellectual Property in the Jewellery Division at Titan Company Limited since April 2023, after a longstanding career with the company beginning in 1989 in various managerial roles including Senior Manager of Projects & Maintenance and Operational Excellence Manager. Expertise includes managing the program office for TPM, IPR, and 5S initiatives, while establishing awareness of intellectual property both within the industry and the Tata Group. Siva has a background in OEM Mechanical Movement Manufacturing and has been involved in knowledge management, resource planning, and cost-effective sourcing of delicate parts. Earlier experience includes a Technician Trainee position at Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, associated with the T72 project. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA in Production & Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Madras.
