Prior to this role, they worked at Kirloskar Brothers Limited as the Deputy CFO & GM Finance & Accounts. In this position, Vinay was responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the business and improving its financial performance.

Before joining Kirloskar Brothers, Vinay worked at Larsen & Toubro where they held multiple positions. Vinay served as the Deputy General Manager-Corporate Accounts / Mergers & Acquisition in Mumbai, India, managing post-divestment activities and ensuring compliance with various financial obligations. Vinay also worked as the Head F&A - Accounts, Finance, Tax, Audit, Treasury, IT at Tamco Group, where they headed the finance and accounts function in an international environment.

Vinay has also worked as the Head of the Financial Risk Management Team in the Corporate Treasury of Larsen & Toubro, and as a Consultant in Financial Risk Management at KPMG. Prior to that, they served as a Manager in Corporate Treasury at Ashok Leyland, where they managed foreign currency risks and implemented hedging strategies.

Vinay started their career at Tata Motors, where they worked as a Manager in Corporate Accounts. Throughout their career, Vinay has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, risk management, and strategic planning.

Vinay Poduri, CA, CFA has a strong education background in accounting, finance, and marketing. Vinay obtained their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Finance from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in 2003. Vinay also attended Symbiosis Secondary School in Pune from 1994 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in 2015.
